Title: Wild Yam Progesterone

Directions To use: USE: Twice Daily. Apply 1/4 -3/4 tsp into face, breast, inner arms and thighs, or hands and bottom of the feet. Rotate areas to avoid saturation. PMS: use 10 days prior to the beginning of your period. Stop during your period and repeat. PERI-MENOPAUSE: use ¼-1/2 tsp. a day from day 12 to day 26 during each menstrual cycle. POST MENOPAUSE: apply 1/8 tsp daily for 25 days per month. Discontinue for 4 to 5 days, and then repeat the cycle. Individually adjust the amount to increased/decreased as needed.
